Constitution

The Committee has completed a comprehensive review of the Association’s Constitution and recommends the adoption of an updated Constitution that better reflects current legislative requirements and modern governance practices.

The proposed Constitution will replace the existing Constitution in its entirety. To assist members, a Summary of Major Changes has been prepared highlighting the most significant amendments and updates.

Members are strongly encouraged to review both documents before attending the Extraordinary General Meeting.

The Committee unanimously recommends that members vote in favour of the Special Resolution.
