Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of
Beaumaris Basketball Club Incorporated will be held as follows:

SPECIAL RESOLUTION
To consider and, if thought fit, pass the following Special Resolution:
“That the members of Beaumaris Basketball Club Incorporated adopt the proposed
amended and updated Constitution (Rules) of the Association, replacing the current
Constitution (December 2015) in its entirety, with effect from the date of approval by
Consumer Affairs Victoria or such other date as required under the Associations
Incorporation Reform Act 2012 (Vic).”
